Bacon and Cheddar Butterly, Flakey, Biscuits ~ Family Approved!

This morning I wanted to make my family a breakfast that would warm their bellies, and keep them full until lunch time.

I made a video to show how easy this is to prepare below I have listed the ingredients

6 Eggs

1 can of biscuits

Butter

Bacon (plan on two slices per biscuit)

Shredded cheddar cheese

Salt and pepper

A dash of milk

Cooking spray or oil for the cookie sheet~ it states on the directions to not oil or grease the pan~ but, I am a rebel!

Cook bacon in a pan, I usually run the bacon under cold water first to avoid shrinkage. Set bacon aside. Pre heat oven to 375 degrees. Place biscuits on a greased pan about one inch a part. Follow the directions on the biscuit package, generally 7-9 minutes. Use a bowl to mix a dash of salt and pepper, 6 eggs and a dash of milk. Once eggs are done cooking add cheese to the eggs. If you prefer you can also add green peppers, onion, red peppers, spinach, tomatoes and mushrooms. When I add veggies, I generally cook them first and then add the eggs and milk.

Once the biscuits are done let them cool for a minute or two.

Place biscuits on a plate, add bacon and enjoy! Please share this video with someone you think may enjoy this recipe.
