Try this as a recovery drink or post-workout pick-me-up:
Pina Colada Power Honey Smoothie (no alcohol)
It’s loaded with protein, electrolytes and is super hydrating
1 to 2 Tablespoons of honey
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup of low-fat coconut milk
1/2 cup of pineapple chunks
1/2 cup of ice
1 scoop of vanilla whey protein
Combine all ingredients in a blender, blend and enjoy! Serves 1.
