Thankfully, The One Pot Chef has found a way to get the best of both worlds. Super simple and great tasting. The best part is that all you need is your handy slow cooker.
Just dump the ingredients in the pot and let the cooker do its magic for 2.5 hours.
18 ounces elbow macaroni (uncooked)
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
9 ounces of Cream Cheese
2 1/2 cups milk
13 ounce can of evaporated milk
Salt and pepper (to taste)
