Weight Loss Chicken Broccoli “Fried” Rice

Since last Monday I have lost 7 pounds. I am sharing some great recipes I’ve been making!

Ensure to taste food before adding, you may find you don’t need as much of the Braggs Liquid

  • Prep: 5 mins
  • Cook: 15 mins
  • Yields: 7 servings, weighing 7 oz each, Men 5 Servings weighing 9.5oz each

Directions

Preheat large nonstick skill on medium heat and spray PAM

On one side of pan add brown rice and onion and on other side add egg with celery and red pepper

Allow egg mixture to firm and scramble.

Mix rice mixture and egg mixture together in pan

Add Himalayan salt to egg mixture

Add cooked chicken to pan

Add Braggs Liquid Amino add more if necessary.

Fry until done

Ingredients

1lb Chicken Breast ( approximately 2 chicken Breast) diced and cooked

1 1/4 cup of Egg whites ( 10oz)

13 oz cooked Brown Rice

4 Celery Stalks

1/2 steamed green beans

1/4 cup minced onion

1 minced Red Bell Pepper

2 Garlic Gloves

1 1/2 tablespoons of Bragg Liquid Amino

1/2 teaspoon of Himalayan Pink Salt
