Healthy Ice Cream!


3 tbsp of protein powder
3 egg whites
1/4 C. Stevia
1 1/4 C. of water


Mix egg whites and stevia in a double broiler until stevia is dissolved.

Transfer to a stand mixer (or by hand with a whisk) whisk until soft peaks are formed.

On a separate bowl mix water and protein powder, fold in egg whites.

Place in freezer for about 4 hours, then scoop and enjoy!
