Prince’s dreamy 10,000-square-foot mansion on the island of Providenciales in Turks and Caicos is going up for auction this summer. And if you want to own it — and become a private island destination party host to rival Richard Branson — prepare to plunk down some cash.

Prospective buyers will need to kick down $100,000 for the chance to bid on it in July, and they’ve been given no guidelines as to value and price for the five-acre property, which boasts a private dock, two beaches and a tennis court: “Your highest and best bid is the most effective method,” according to the buyers’ information sheet.

This is the second time this estate has been up for auction since the star’s untimely death in April 2016. Christie’s International Real Estate listed the home for $12 million less than a month later, but was eventually pulled off the market. At the time, the property was reported to have 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, but the current listing has these set at six bedrooms and six bathrooms.
