Keto Almond Bread

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups almond flour
6 eggs
4 tbs butter, melted
3 tsp baking powder
.25 tsp cream of tartar
Salt

Directions:

Oven 375°F, 30 minute bake(keep an eye on it, just golden brown don’t overcook it)

Beat the tartar and the whites of the eggs until stiff peaks. Mix the yolks, butter, flour, baking powder, and salt. Add 1/3 of the egg whites mixture and mix well. Fold the rest of the egg whites mixture in gently. Greased 8×4 loaf pan
